Die einleitenden Fragen zum Study-Block kommen mir irgendwie bekannt vor:

  1. What are your biggest organizational challenges and pain points? Please identify up to 3 key challenges and rank these in order of importance.
  2. How would you describe your organizational and cultural system to a new team member? Please specify 3 critical features that you experience on a daily basis; they may include reporting structure, stakeholder ecosystem, cultural norms, key processes, decision rights, promotion criteria, communication patterns, etc.
  3. What are the organizational and cultural “speed bumps” that impede transformation of your organizational system to a more flexible model? What are the barriers that slow down action and decision-making? Please specify up to 3 barriers and rank these in order of importance.
  4. What is the profile of highly effective leaders you’ve worked with who can drive decisions and actions with agility and flexibility?
  5. If you had a magic wand and could change one aspect of your organization to make the company and your team more flexible and agile, what would that be? Please specify up to 3 actions and rank in priority order.
